about fixed pipeline project texture

Is there any way to project texture in fixed pipeline? I tried but it has lots of problem... (1)what's that matrix for? renderdevice->SetTransform( D3DTS_TEXTURE0, &matrix ); (2)what's the meaning of those API renderdevice->SetTextureStageState( 0, D3DTSS_TEXTURETRANSFORMFLAGS,D3DTTFF_COUNT3|D3DTTFF_PROJECTED ); renderdevice->SetTextureStageState( 0, D3DTSS_TEXCOORDINDEX, D3DTSS_TCI_CAMERASPACEPOSITION); (3)important! how can I control the projector's scale rotation and position? thx a lot
