The 2 terms have nothing in common.

shareware just means it's given away for free and you can copy it and trade it without legal problems.

Casual game means that it appeals to a wide audience of people (i.e. not just hardcore gamers).

Something can be both shareware and casual or neither or any combination of both.

Shareware is software which requires registration (usually by a small fee to the developers) to unlock the full content.
