Google helps me alot almost everytime.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%3Fintitle%3Aindex.of%3F+cat.wav&btnG=Search

Change the last word with your own. For example you need gun sound effect, then type in: ?intitle:index.of? gun.wav

etc etc.

Is that any different than doing 'intitle:"index.of" (type) name'? ie: intitle:"index.of" (wav) machine.gun That will find any .wav file with machine or gun in the name.
Thats the way I always do it, is there a difference?

Jeff
