Fraps doesn't work

It's just the question about fraps, but I have curiosity about the way of fraps work also. My program flows like this. 1. Draw normal display to AUX0 and Draw HDR display to AUX1 (using glFragData in GLSL) 2. Set AUX0 and AUX1 to textures, and draw the screen with these textures 3. So, AUX0 and AUX1 are combined in second GLSL. Of course it is drawn to BACK buffer finally. 4. Swap the double buffers. If I captured this program, image is not the image of back buffer that I want, but the image of AUX1 (not even AUX0) So, it is very dimly.(Because t is the information of HDR, so it shows only very bright part) Of cause, the screen of windows that I seee through monitor is perfectly normal.

I don't understand.
FRAPS is some program for measuring FPS but you are talking about AUX buffers, multiple color output, GLSL.

Fraps is not only the program measuring FPS.
It also captures the game(dx or opengl) screen to image or video file
