When I use some old c functions like fopen, str??? and other I get a warning that they may be unsafe. Athough I defined _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS I still get this warning. How to disable it for the whole Project/Solution?

You probably defined it in a place that ends up being after the usage of the functions in question.

Anyway, in the project options, under the section for the C++ compiler options, there is a field where you can list the symbols to be #defined for the entire project (you'll probably find symbols like DEBUG and perhaps WIN32 already there).
