Fastgraph was really useful back in the days of 2D graphics and DOS4GW. Nowadays, IMHO, it's a solution in search of a problem.

Fastgraph is pointless. I guarantee less then 0.01% of your market will be using 386/486 machines that need a software renderer... pointless. Allegro, SDL, ClanLib, all those are unarguably much better choices. They are MORE PORTABLE, FASTER ON NEWER COMPUTERS, NEARLY AS FAST ON THE SUPER OUTDATED COMPUTERS, and PROVIDE MORE FUNCTIONALITY & A SIMPLER API (in the case of allegro anyways).
