I've just gotten CodeAnalyst approved for use at work, and I'm having trouble getting any Time-based profiles to work. No matter if it is a fresh install of CodeAnalyst, or I delete all project/temp files created by code analyst, reboot, use an administrator account, etc. I always get an error message "There is already a profile running, please try again later." Does anybody have any ideas of how to deal with this? I use this product at home with no problems, but I can't seem to get it to work at work.

Do you have any other software running that might interfere with CodeAnalyst? In paricular I'm thinking about debuggers and the like.

Not that I know of. I reboot the computer, log on, start CodeAnalyst, try to run a Time-based profile. That is the extent of it.
