Water raytracing

Hello, I'd like to raytrace a water volume, but I'm not sure about the diffuse, specular, transmissive and phong component. I have set the refractive index to 1.33. Could anybody please post reasonable values for diffuse, specular, transmissive and phong components which model realistic water? Thanks, Icebraker
