Oh
I forget to ask ,my PC has 17 inch CRT colour monitor Viewsonic E771.I use it normally resoloution of 1024 X 768 ,does for game developement I have to buy a LCD with higher resolution. My monitor will be 4 years old by Nov. 2007.And if I have to change please suggest a good monitor LCD with brand name

That monitor should be fine, it does 1280x1024 @ 66Hz, and while I personally would rather an 80Hz, you may not find it bad. Just because it is 4 years old doesn't mean it isn't good enough.

Also, for simply developing a game engine, you 'could' do it with punch cards. You just need a high end PC to PLAY the game. (Which is helpful for testing,...)

Hey
Does High end Pc means the processors,Ram,GPU,HDD only not the monitor.
I mean that for also playing the game I have to get a a good processor ,Ram etc only not a new monitor.
Thnaks for answering
