3D Developers needed

Hello all, I''ve been working on a vision of mine for nearly 5 years, for a futuristic high-tech space exploration and combat, massively multi-player persistent game. The last year has been strongly focused on building a team, and developing concept sketches, and a proof of concept. We''ve now put it all together with a team of 15 people, and we are getting extremely close to acquiring funding so we can complete the project under full-time focus. I am now in the position of needing to ramp up the 3D development team with people having experience in certain areas who would be interested in joining our team. Some key focus areas include (in no particular order): real-time lighting vertex shaders pixel shaders particle systems terrain networking real-time shadows collision detection This list is not inclusive of what we need, nor does it necessarily dictate where we are weak. Most of the above mentioned technology is pretty well known by the group but we can''t do it all, and are looking to offload some of the work to team members. Before I go into too much detail about what we do, I''d first rather narrow the list of interested candidates to discuss an opportunity more seriously.. Please let me know if you are interested.
