How to achieve Direct3D IM animation using XFile?

Hello all guys, does anybody knows how to use the animation set, animation key inside a XFile with Direct3D IM? It seems only Direct3D RM supports frame object where IM doesn''t have, I found that an example shows mesh interpolantion to achieve animation inside IM but I think it''s too costly to load multiple mesh into my scene, please anybody give me hints or info source!
