Evaluating NURBs

How do I evaluate a nurbs surface for a specific u,v coordinate? Thanks in advance for your help.

That is hardly an easy question to answer. I would suggest working through An Introduction to NURBS by David F. Rogers for an answer to that question. I haven''t worked through it yet so I can''t offer much help.
