All, I've already got a forum thread here : Multi format movie playing However, the issue I'm hitting is very simple and someone may be able tell me what is wrong. I'm using the Glee extension library so that I can use the non power of 2 GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB texture. I always get white textures and I've figured out where the error lies (thanks to glGetError() ). Every call that uses GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB enum returns with GL_INVALID_NUM. In the code, if I test for GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB support, it is. Anyone know why I'm getting this error? Is it truely saying that my thinkpad gfx card and my Nvidia GeForce 5600 are unsupported??? Any help would be appreciated.. Regards Sp33dy

Solved,

My IBM thinkpad doesn't seem to support GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB, but my NVidia GeForce 5600 does. I needed to specify the texture size in pixels rather than in ratio of 0 -> 1.

It rocks now.

I figure my thinkpad GFX doesn't support GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB and that there is no way of forcing it to? So I guess I need to write some scaling function..

Thanks and regards
