Hi there, I've been trying all kinds to find the problem with this 3ds loader tutorial file. The model loads in perfectly fine and even displays the textures but when I put a light in the environment it doesnt seem to effect the model at all and is completely flat without any shading. Here is the link with all the zipped code... - the model is in there just press f2 to zoom out. http://www.filesco.com/download.php?id=B62DB3331 P.S This was a demo from spacesimulator.net i just changed a few things round. It also seems to run in the background after closing for some reason but that problem can wait i guess. ANY help would be much appreciated! :) Thank you -Dave

I'm not going to go far into this since I'm busy doing something but make sure you have the normals for vertices and polygons. I'm pretty sure those are required to shade objects! Not implying they aren't there because I didn't look but it could be the cause.
