allegro and Dev-cpp

Can anyone point me to a difinitive step by step guide of getting allegro into Dev-Cpp?? I have tried hundreds of ways but cant seem to get the two working together. Cheers guys

redmanc: You should get yourself a better IDE. Dev-C++ is old, unmaintained and lacks some of the features and support of newer freely available options including Microsoft's Visual C++ Express 2005 or Code::Blocks.
