Using lightwave objects

i don''t know about .x files, but i''ve written lightwave object loaders. It''s really very simple (to get the geometry at least).
Just head over to www.newtek.com. In the developer section,
they give the full specs of the .lwo format. It''s pretty easy
to write a loader using that as a reference. You could probably whip one up in an hour or two.

goto Flay.com and search for DirectX 8 exporter. There''s a new plug-in there that absolutely rocks for X file exporting.
