OpenGL where to get gtool.h and where to put it.

Hello, I'm reading the Blue Book OpenGL SuperBible 07, and I've run across my first program which is quite simple.

However, I can't find gtools.h and I definitely don't know where to find it. I got a book from a friend who decided not to read it for some reason over his head or something, and I don't know if it comes with a CD or not, but he didn't give me one. I'm running Code Blocks nightly builds and the latest MinGW compiler, so I thought I would look into the MinGW include folder and see what openGL stuff I have over in there. I don't have gtools.h I have gl.h glext.h glut.h glee.h glu.h but no gtools.h when I googled OpenGL gtools.h the only thing I got was one page http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=OpenGL+gtools.h&btnG=Search and that one page was a dead link. I guess I'll run with the Red Book until somebody points me in the right direction for the gtools.h Thanks!
