FMod being stupid

I am trying to play a streamed music file in FMod... It seems to be looping the song at about the one second mark instead of at the end, which, needless to say, is not acceptable. My [(seemingly) relevant] code is: (includes)
#include "FMOD/fmod.h"
(at program start)
	FSOUND_Init(44100, 128, 0);
	music = FSOUND_Stream_Open("Music.mp3", FSOUND_NORMAL | FSOUND_LOOP_NORMAL, 0, 0);
	FSOUND_Stream_Play(0, music);
(at program finish)
How can I fix this? I am using FMod 3.75 (the newer versions don't work for me.) Edit: I tried not having it loop, but it did the same thing somehow.
