Cubemap reflections on planes

Cubemapping is working fine (why do I need to rotate the texture matrix 180° for the sides, not for top/bottom ?), but if I put a cube inside the scene, the reflected scene is shown very large, and I got typical scaling artifacts. The front plane of the cube is build of 2 triangles. The sphere typically of lots more. How can I solve this problem?
