Introducing perspective

Hi, I made a simple 3d library using matrices. I can draw simple 3d shapes, but I have no 3d perspective. I'm reading examples around the net trying to find an example of how to introduce perspective. Do I just apply some perspective matrix onto each 3d model or something before drawing to screen? Thanks for any info.

Your post is a little vague about how the rendering is done. You could apply the projection matrix to the vertexes yourself, but usually you give it to the renderer.
