1. Anywhere that I can find free 3D models that are already in ".x" format? 2. Anywhere I can find free textures that include normal and depth maps? Any help appreciated! :)

You're limiting your choices too much here. The .x format is nice and convenient for us D3D developers but that's about it - support for it in actual tools let alone the modelling community as a whole is patchy at best. Pick a more standard format like 3DS and find a 3DS loader online...

Nvidia used to have a free texture pack.

I'm moving this to 'Visual Arts' as it doesn't have anything to do with the DirectX technologies [smile]
