fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'opengl32.obj'

I am new to OpenGL. I am using Visual Studio 2005 to compile the code. I have included every opengl libraries like glut.h, glut32.dll, glut32.lib. However I had such error when I compiled it: fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'opengl32.obj' Anyone knows what is going on? I can't find any solutions online. Many thanks.

Link to opengl32.lib, not glut.h (this is a header file), glut32.dll (this is a dynamic library, not a static library--you don't link to this), or glut32.lib (this is glut, not OpenGL).

Assuming you have everything else set up correctly, linking to opengl32.lib should work fine.
