I need HELP ! i got this error . . .

Well as long as you the retail version (d3d9.dll), and I'm pretty sure of it, there's no problem with directx. Your games won't use the debug version. Maybe you have to update the video drivers.

If you installed the debug dll-s with the SDK, you also have the directx control panel. Just make sure that in there it's set to the retail dll-s before you play games.

The debug runtimes are included with the DirectX SDK, so uninstall that and you should be fine.

If you don't have the DXSDK installed then you've probably installed some badly written software that's deploying the debug libraries for whatever reason. Either way, the debug libraries can coexist on your system without any problem - the message from dxdiag is common enough and can be ignored.
