.x Keyframe Animation in XNA

Hiya everyone Chances are this is a pretty old question, but I'm stumped and I've been unable to find the answer I'm looking for. I've put together a fairly complex walk animation in C4D and exported it as a .x file using Philip Lensing's Xport. I'm not sure how to access my animation data from inside XNA. I'd prefer not to have to animate it manually in code, that would be really time-consuming. Whats the next step? How do you access the animation?
