Hi, I'm running a simulation, and was trying to get it to take automated screen shot at certain points. I'm using Windows Vista and source code in C++, can anyone help with source code or anything? Keep in mind I have no experience with the Windows API. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I had a quick look at your profile and see your using VC++ Express. Are you compiling with /clr ? (like are you using managed c++?)

if so then this will be useful. it's written in C# but you should be able to change it quite easily into C++/CLI.

Alternatively you could look into emulating the user pressing the print screen key by calling the SendInput() windows API function (i think the only way of emulating keypresses that Vista supports) and sending VK_SNAPSHOT as the key pressed.
