OpenGL Where to download OpenGL Library?

I just can't find it, plain and simple. It's very embarressing to have to ask, but may i have a link? I can't find it on OpenGL.org. <IFRAME src="http://opengl.org" width="600" height="800">

Opengl comes in 2 parts. The runtime libraries are usually provided as part of the drivers for your graphics card. If not then windows falls back to a software implementation of Opengl 1.1 AFAIK.

The headers and libraries required to create an OpenGL application come with your compiler.

Just as rip-off said you just have to install the newest drivers for your gfx card. The necessary OpenGL libs and headers for programming are provided by the compiler.
If you also want easy access to the newst OpenGL core and extension functionality I suggest to use GLEW.

note this a compiled version of the SGI library code, set it up like a normal library. let me know if you need any help.
