XNA Compiling Question

Hello, I read that in order to use an XNA-built .exe on any Windows machine it is required to install the XNA framework as well as the .NET 2.0 Framework. So my question is: Is there a way to build an installer that installs these when the game is first played? And if so, how difficult would this be? I just read this now and this is disappointing :(

The installers for .Net framework and XNA framework are already written for you by Microsoft, all you have to do is make a setup program that executes both the runtimes. Pretty darn simple.

Not much reason to make the setup program and the game the same executable, though it could be done, it's not very practical.

NOTE: Most the games you buy at the store have a setup program before you can play them. This should not disappoint you. It's very common practice to have setup/installer for your game.
