d3d10 DX Tex Tool

It seems the DDS format has been extended with some d3d10 stuff (texture arrays and DXGI_FORMAT). But has the DX Tex Tool been updated to support these new things? I can't figure out how to create a texture array in this took, and I can't seem to convert to the new block compression formats (BCx). Will this be added in future SDK updates?
