[.net] C# 2d sprite in 3d world
I'm trying to find a code to get my 2d sprite to move around in a 3d enviornment kinda like the n64 version of paper mario.Any help :/
Not even a block. It's possible to have a 2D plane in 3D space always facing the camera. Look up billboarding.
I know you can do it with a billboard, but if I understand what he is looking for, he wants to be able to show the 2D-ness of the sprite. So easier with a thin block.

What the troll said, or a textured quad (I'm assuming that "block" implies a 6 sided object - if not then ignore this post).
