.Net Dll and Win32 Dll

Hi, Been reading around on your forums for a while, i really enjoy it! Thanks! Anyway, to the point.. I got a DLL file written in .Net, with alot of functions. One could call it a API... The file is distributed to several people, and they all make their different applications using this Dll file. Now, to make things even easier, we're getting the Dll to work as a proxy. But if certain conditions are met, we want it to send the information to the Application. Is a thing like this possible? The DLL is updated frequently aswell, so we can't make it to customized... Another thought we had, was to make a small Win32(?) dll, that hooks a few api calls in the software since .Net doesnt really seem to positive to this.. That Dll would only have the very basic functions, just handling the packets back and forth, and send the info to our "main" dll, that would parse the info. Same question here, is that possible? This is a hobby project, we're learning from it but it has to be reasonable. Thanks alot for the help!
