OpenGL opengl shading language + quake3 engine

Recently I was playing around with the quake 3 engine, and I added GPU shaders using the opengl shading language (i'm using glew). So far so good, but I get strange colors after applying bump mapping over a surface. You can check it here http://img86.imageshack.us/my.php?image=shot0000pj7.jpg ... Any thoughts what could affect the output?? The shader is OK, because I was playing with it in Shader Designer and looks like expected :)

I don't see any obvious artifacts in that screenshot. Could you be more specific as to what you're referring to?
