Hi All, I hope someone can help me out on this, I'm unsure of the correct forum for this as I'm unsure the exact root of the problem. I've written an openGL demo, which runs great on my 15" monitor, however when I run it on my 40" LCD TV set it has problems, particularly when objects rotate or move horizontally. Basically the objects appear to have slow down and appear to have stuttering frame rates. I think this might be a sync problem, but have tried changing parameters on my NVDIA card with no effect or even making things worse. So I've tried different resolutions, different types of vsync. My next thing is to try to make my code run at 50 or 60 Hz but have no idea how to do this. I thought the card would limit this? I'm using GLX with Linux. Can anyone advise how to set the frame/frequency? Perhaps I'm going down the wrong avenue, perhaps it won't even work correctly on my LCD, can anyone who has tried this before advise. Thanks in advance :)
