Added a launcher, Present( ) get slow

Hi everyone: After I added a luncher( use d3d ), the present() in game get very slow... If i start the game directly Present() only take 2~3ms, but after luncher it will take 8~9ms. I have trid PIX nothing leak or unrelease. Have any idea for it? Thank for any reply.

What exactly do you mean by a "launcher"? You've added your own code that now integrates with your code? You're writing a front-end to an entirely seperate application? How is this launcher written and what does it do?
