debug vs running mode in opengl

when does a opengl window does not respond also , when i debugs my prog , it works fine , but when runned it does not work can there is a solution to this problem thanks in advance

i too realized my mistake

so i had restated my problem in the forum "very intersting problem "
there i had described my complete problems
