Free GLSL shaders?

Is there anything like this freely available? I've implemented the ability to use GLSL shaders in my material system but I never use any because I don't have the time to actually learn GLSL. I've been Googling around and have found nothing. I need some stuff like: Refraction (given a normal map) Normal mapping with directional lights (given a diffuse map and a normal map) etc... stuff like that. Are there any online resources with this kind of stuff? Or do I just have to learn GLSL? Thanks.
