Generating ProjectionMatrix with Eyepos and projection plane

Hi, i am Trying to implement Headtracking with multiple screens, and here is my Problem: I Have the Position of the Eye(Camera) and a rectangle (my virtual Screen). The eye is moving and isnt always looking straight into the rectangle. (See image) http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/8884/projectionfs1.jpg Now i need a Way to get a Projection Matrix from my Data. How can i do this?
