i downloaded the latest lua version and put the files into the directories. - includes to include folder - *.lib to lib folder - and *.dll to the bin folder now i made a project with the following code:
#include "stdio.h"
extern "C" {
	#include <Lua/lua.h>
}

int main(int argc, char* argv[]) {
	lua_State* state = lua_open();
	if(state == NULL) {
		printf("Lua error");
	}
	lua_close(state);
	return 0;
}

but i get this error: error C3861: 'luaL_newstate': identifier not found which is in the line "lua_State* state = lua_open();". of course i added both libs (lua51.lib and lua5.1.lib (seems to be the same)) What have i done wrong?
