deny msvcr.dll?

Huh? It's not entirely clear what you're asking. Full sentences in English help.

Those msvcr dlls are the C/C++ runtimes. You do realize you are relying on code provided by your compiler maker (Microsoft)?

Either statically link them into your programs (which may not feasible) or distribute the dlls with your application. Or have the user install the appropriate redistributable.
