GLSL Skeleton Lighting

So I calculate all the bone matrices and send them to the shader. How do I send the normal matrics per bone? I'm thinking I have to calculate that and send it as well per bone. And isn't the normal matrix the inverse of the transpose?

The a inverse transpose is identical if no scaling is used (scaling in all directions with the same factor isn't a problem, because the normal can be renormalized)
Sp you can use the upper 3x3 part of your bone matrices without problems...
