Are their any resources out on PS2 Game Development? That give you the header files and what not to create a OpenGL PS2 Game?

check out ps2dev.org to get a compiler and libraries for programming in C for PS2. I don't think OpenGL is available on that platform. It might be for the Linux PS2.
