Need help with program

I am trying to make a C++ Program that can accept SMS(Text Messages) Can someone help me? Please

Sure we can help. But you sound like you're expecting us do all the work while you watch us doing it. I mean, what have you tried to get it to do so at the moment? Did you even google on how to receive SMS messages by computer?
