I read some articles in the net and found myself a little confused(or should I say out of date). There seem to be that alot has happened to c++,so here are my questions: 1. Is c++0x released already? 2. Is boost(and there's loki that i read) included in c++ now? 3. if yes to #3,where can i download this c++(w/ boost)?

1.) No, it isn't released.
2.) No, it isn't part of the standard C++ library, but you can get it at http://boost.org/
3.) ^^ 2

1. C++0x isn't released. The standards committee is working on it though. So before 0x is released, there are a lot of interim drafts and things like TR1 (technical report 1).
2. Boost and what not will never become directly a part of C++. What the C++ standards committee does tend to do, however, is review libraries in boost for incorporation in the actual standard. Some of them have already been codified in TR1.
3. So your best bet to be up to date is to get a very modern C++ compiler like VC++ 2008 or gcc, and then rely on Boost from the boost website.

EDIT: See the Wikipedia page ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C%2B%2B0x ) and what not for a basic overview...
