I'm not sure if this is the right location for this thread, if not then please move it. I submitted a program to upload.com at the begining of January. Its the first time i've been promoting and selling my software online. I have a free subscription which should take about 15 days for upload.com to process and the estimated publish date was set to the 22nd of January. The status of my program is still 'processing' and i'm getting a little tired of waiting. I've nearly finished the next version of the program while this version has been processing lol. Has anyone else published software using upload.com? And if so how long did it take? I emailed them about 2 weeks ago but no luck. I just hope that they haven't forgotten about me :(. However I am begining to consider alternative ways of getting my product out there but I will wait until about the 22nd this month before making any decisions.

Just so we are clear. You are complaining about the quality of service you are getting from someone you aren't paying any money to? You get what you pay for.

True, I was still hoping they'd do something though. I would subscribe but its been so long that im not sure if they recieved my software submission and I don't recieve and responses to my e-mails. Just wondering if anyone else has had any problems really?

Mister, if you want to have your game hosted somewhere else too, why can't you just go ahead and do it? Did you sign a contract of exclusivity with upload.com? And if so, did they sign it too? If not, then there's nothing preventing you from taking your game to another site as well (then there'd be more than one place where people could download your brainchild).
