In need of sprites...

So, I'm looking for a preferably non-copyright sprite, a bit smaller than a final fantasy 7 character, but 2d. Not like, NES 2d, but a 3dish 2d...Hard to explain...
Anyway, if you could point me toward some sprite sheets that have stuff like this, I'd really appreciate it.

Do you mean like a 2D screenshot of a 3D character? You could try checking out "Sprites, Sprites, and More Sprites!" threat at the top of this forum for some potentially useful links.
