Ignoring results with comments in Visual Studio's Find

Is there some way using regular expressions (or otherwise) to filter the results so that it excludes results that appear in comments. In particular I'm concerned about ignoring single line comments rather than block comments. Say I have a couple of sentences like this. This is test sentence 1 This is test sentence 2 //general comment This is sentence 3 //testing //This is test sentence 4 If I searched for the word test, I'd like it to still return lines 1 and 2 but ignore 3 and 4
