Does anybody know how to realize a dual monitor support in a directx game/program? Actually, my program runs in two windows but not in fullscreen mode.

If you just have two windows, then you can create additional swap chains with IDirect3DDevice9::CreateAdditionalSwapChain(). The presentation parameters you pass you can fill as normal for a window.
