software rendering with T&L vertices

I'm using Delphi 2007 and developing in XORDX 8.1 (Directx 8.1) Recently i tried to use T&L vertices 'xorDXVertexFlagTLV = D3DFVF_XYZRHW or D3DFVF_TEX1;' In hardware Rendering it's works perfectly, however When I'm using software rendering (D3DCREATE_SOFTWARE_VERTEXPROCESSING) flag, the primitve made of the transformed vertices is disappeared from the scene. Any Ides ???

Probably a bad parameter somewhere, that the hardware is ignoring. My first guess would be NumVertices in DrawIndexedPrimitive.
