convert Matrices from LeftH to RightH?

It's simple to transform a single point from left-handed to right-handed, but what about a matrix? Basically, I'm working in Blender that exports a matrix for a bone per frame (left-handed). Since, positive rotations are opposites between L and R, I dont know if I can achieve what I want. Is this possible? What I tried: (Since any rotations would now have to be negative, but I'm neglecting matrix math, so this obviuosly doesnt work). [0 -4 8 12] [-1 -5 9 13] [-2 6 10 14] [3 7 11 15]
