OpenGL MULTIPLE FBO AND ALPHA TEST PROBLEM

Hello, I've got a problem with FBO and alpha test. As soon as I use one FBO for my render to texture step, alpha test works. When I create another FBO, even if I render on the first, alpha test don't work anymore. The same thing happens if I add a COLOR_ATTACHMENT1 to the first frame buffer, as is, using Multiple Render Targets... alpha test don't work anymore. I'm working in opengl, obiuvsly, on a GeForce 6600. If you need more details, I'll be glad to post more. TIA, Emanuele
