[.net] xna and blender

I must have read every tutorial, forum thread, and article on blender animations and xna and I have yet to successfully create an animated model in blender, export it as fbx, and load into the SkinnedSample application they gave. Has anyone here have a 100% successful procedure of making, exporting, and loading an animated model from blender to xna? After all the meddling, tweaking and setting changes in blender exporting and what not, all I've been able to do is this: There's supposed to be a block on the right side of the model waving. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
